House rental includes sue of 3 bedrooms (1 master with queen, 1 with queen, full air mattresses and single cot, 1 with 2 twins), 3 full baths (1 in master w/ two sinks, separate shower, garden tub and walk-in closet, 1 with shower/tub combination, 1 in basement with shower), large deck with propane grill, stainless kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, large living room, open floor plan and dining room, 12 course basement with outside lawn chairs, 5 private acres, access to waterfront, TV with DVD and VCR, and more.

Please note: Trash needs to be removed at termination of rental, house should be in the same condition as before renting, bedding/towels/all bath supplies/bottled water are supplied by renter dyring stay, and heat must be turned down to 50 degrees when leaving. There is no house phone, except for 911 service.
